History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Ruloth reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
