History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Tordrid was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tordrid's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her shortspear, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. Her white fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her yellow unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Art lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Pogranix learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Pogranix was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pogranix decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 14. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Bûbol was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and someone believes him a fraud
