His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His bronze crest is thinning but still full. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
