Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Ridaro was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ridaro's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her red robe. Her brown hair is heavily combed to the left. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ranala does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Stannor is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.
