History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Laborer for the past few years.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Ilde enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Eldon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Ûkshak wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Ûkshak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ûkshak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ûkshak and his spouse have recently divorced.
