Personality: Windy is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Stylist, but he got bored and became a Banker. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich western family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now mingles about in high society.
