Description: She is a pot bellied southern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears tan trousers with green and blue striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Nissa was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nissa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nissa. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her lance, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. She has wavy red hair. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her small tan hat.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Blacksmith.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Naivara was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
