She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a red collared shirt and brown skirt. She accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her chestnut hair is wavy and long. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Philomena isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born in the east. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tethren isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tethren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
