She found a children's book about a Halfling Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Flask was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
