History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Varis's homeland. Varis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born in the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Barakas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
