She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Quespa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fisher and was forced into it by his family; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
