History: He was raised in a island tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Kite and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Two Llamas has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Kody lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and many orcs want him driven away
