She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with her Glassblower mother left her crippled. She bought a greatsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Being a Hunter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
