History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Burgell was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carpenter. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His long red fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Gynnie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
