Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kelter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has worked as a Marshal like her father before her.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has worked as a Miller like her mother before her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Eran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
