Description: This late middle aged woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat and is in decent physical shape. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has a dull look in her violet eyes.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Verna is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her brass crest is braided into rings. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Biri enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Biri was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Biri fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he usually wears his green robe and has his quarterstaff always slung over his shoulder. He sports a flattop crest cut. His gold eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Direcris took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
