She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hatae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Mortician father left her crippled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
