His father taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To pay off her debts.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Quelenna learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She became a Miner soon after.
