History: Ootah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
