History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A freak accident while working with his Painter father left him crippled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom
