History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ugarth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

History: Claira lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and her religion dominates her actions
