Personality: Ishte speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born in the south. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
