History: Gifted from a young age, Paelias studied abroad. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Barber, who enjoyed hunting, Shivering was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Ranala liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mercenary, and she later adopted a second daughter.
