History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by her family

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Dalaba learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
