History: Ea was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Assassin work with an outfit from a few towns over. Assassin work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
