History: Breena hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
