Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Cloak was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Cloud's homeland. Cloud decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Paggen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and money/treasure
