Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He became a Bowyer soon after.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
