Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Serpent was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Marshal. After a long history of fighting, Serpent and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
