After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tree's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Blossom was born the youngest of three triplets. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Barber, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a rival would like her out of the picture
