Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Lamlis was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
