History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Junk Dealer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To be a Gardener again; and she feels threatened by others
