History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Helgret was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and further expansion of business

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a red cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She has brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. During her travels, Callie and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Callie discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Callie fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is greedy
