History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Jo was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Miner. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
