Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has green eyes and a grey hat with a white feather.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a very tight haircut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has all his life been fascinated with music.
History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She wears a pastel tunic with brown highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around her shoes. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She has gray fur. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born to a Herbalist, her father struggled to pay the bills. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and she wants revenge against drow

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Millicent grew up listening to her father's many stories. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
