History: Pelaios lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Helen wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: Born in the east to a Mortician, Helen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
