Personality: Kelter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Kelter was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
