Description: An older woman who wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available she will default to her whip, she is not a threatening figure. Her gray fur is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Jade abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Mardred enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Mardred hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Sumnes hails from a village terrorized by drow. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He has never given up on his writing dream.
