Personality: Charles hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
