History: Born in the north to a Bellfounder, Elysande learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Elysande was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elysande decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Bellfounder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Arjhan was born the youngest of three triplets. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Dentratha was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Dentratha's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dentratha and her spouse have recently divorced.
