She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right.
