Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Kite was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kite grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kite. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.
