History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student she started as a Bellfounder, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her childhood dream was to be a Healer, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is unsatisfied with her job
