She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She got into the Body Guard business at a young age. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Fortune-teller soon after.
