History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jheri alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bellfounder. She now mingles about in high society.
