Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Mamnen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bricklayer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.
