History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jaxi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Surina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.
