Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Xappan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Dagnal lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Dagnal has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
