History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Now he works as a painting tutor during his time off.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Harbek grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
