History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His white hair is braided into rings. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Darrak took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Baker. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She got into the Baker business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Baker job and began her own company from there.
